I bought this camera so I could use some old Nikon lenses that were handed down to me. I’m typically a Canon user, so it was fun to learn the Nikon system. This camera is small and light, but has a good feel to it. I’ve been shooting with a manual focus/aperture 50mm lens and I’ve been really happy with the results. This is the only lens I have for the camera, so the only mode that works is manual mode. Still though, that makes for a fun challenge and I’ve been very happy with the image quality this camera produces. Also I bought the camera used (for under $200) and I was extremely pleased with the packaging and accessories that Adorama provided. I didn’t expect to get a brand new charger and battery, but I did. It also came with a brand new USB cable. This has been my favorite photography purchase this year.
